Rates in US Funds. All rates are taxable at 11.416% Hawaii sales and
hotel room tax. ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE: $150.00.
DEPOSIT and PAYMENT: A security deposit of $300 is required within 10
days of making your reservation and will be fully refunded within 14
days after your departure date if no damages, losses, or excessive
cleaning charges are incurred. Your rental fee plus tax is due 45 days
prior to arrival. Full payment is required at the time of booking if
reservation is made within the 45-day period.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Before 45 days - $100
30-44 days – 50% of total stay
15-29 days – 75% of total stay
0-14 days – 100% of total stay
NO REFUNDS on unused portions after arrival in Hawaii. Every effort
will be made to re-reserve the cancelled dates, and if we can't do so,
we will refund the difference, minus the $100 cancellation fee. Visa,
MasterCard and American Express cards may be used for final payments
only.
No personal checks will be accepted for reservations made less than 30
days prior to arrival. Minimum rental: 4 night minimum stay. Note:

This lovely condo, which is located in the luxuriously landscaped Waikoloa
Greens, was our winter home for several years. We
renovated the condo with new furniture and tropical décor throughout.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a spacious private bathroom, and a large bay window
from which you can gaze at the stars while drifting off to sleep. Also on the second floor, there
is a large second bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bathroom. On the
main floor, you will find a third smaller bedroom with twin trundle bed,
office desk,
and full bathroom. The condo has a well appointed kitchen, with granite counters and
full size appliances including dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
Color digital TV in living room (2nd TV with
basic cable in master bedroom). Ceiling fans in living room and each
bedroom. DSL wireless Internet connection provided. Convenient assigned on-site
parking.
The condo, with its breathtaking sunset views, is conveniently located
next to a park-like barbecue area with horseshoe pits, and is
a short walk away from the swimming pool,
hot tub, small fitness center, tennis courts, ping pong, and basketball. The complex
has a convenient rental center for snorkling gear and boogie boards. The
complex also offers excursions to many of the island's attractions.

Waikoloa Village is 25 miles north of the Kona International Airport
and seven miles from the world-famous A-Bay. The condo is within walking
distance of the village center with market, bank, beauty parlor, and
restaurants. Also near by, in the beach area, are the Queens Market Place
and the Kings Shops.

Condo guests can play at the adjacent Waikoloa Village Golf Course at a
discounted rate. Nearby are the Hapuna, Mauna
Launi North and South, Mauna Kea, Waikoloa Beach, Waikoloa Kings, Big Island, Waimea,
